    Quick Chicken Stir Fry

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    2 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper
    1 package (16 ounces) frozen stir fry vegetables
    2 tablespoons soy sauce*

    Recipe



    1. Coat chicken with 1 Step. In lightly oiled nonstick skillet, stir fry chicken 8 minutes.

    2. Add remaining ingredients plus 1/4 cup water. Stir fry 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

    *Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour, if desired.

    SERVES 4
