    "Need to make something simple for dinner? Try this easy lemon chicken recipe and you can have dinner ready in minutes!! It's lower in sodium but not lower in flavor."

    List of Ingredients




    1 - 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
    2 teaspoons McCormick® Salt-Free All Purpose
    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    Recipe



    1. Roll chicken breasts in flour to lightly coat. Sprinkle with pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken breasts 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.

    2. Add broth and salt-free seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove chicken to serving dish.

    3. Bring liquid to a boil and cook, uncovered, stirring frequently until slightly thickened. Add lemon juice. Spoon sauce over chicken.
