3 c Warm cooked rice
1/2 c Oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and slivered
1/2 c Chopped green onions
1/2 c Pitted black olives, halved
3/4 c Crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs

In a large bowl, combine rice, tomatoes, onions, olives and feta. Serve warm.
