    This salad is packed full of protein thanks to the beans and tuna.

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (19 ounces) white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cans (6 ounces each) water-packed tuna, drained
    1 medium red onion, diced
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

    Recipe



    Toss beans, tuna, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sage together in a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

    TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
