    List of Ingredients




    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 TB chopped parsley
    4 cups Spaghetti sauce, w or w/o meat

    Recipe



    Thaw dough. Roll it into a 14 x 24" rectangle about =BC inch thick. Brown ground beef. Drain and rinse. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon filling evenly onto dough. Slightly press filling into dough. Roll dough lengthwise
    like a jelly roll. Cut into 24 1" slices. Treat 2 cookies sheets with Pam.

    Lay slices about 1" apart. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 - 25 min.

    (Let rollups rest 10 minutes before cooking.) When cool - freeze in 1 gallon bags, slip a bag of sauce into the bag too. To prepare - thaw rollups and warm them in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or use microwave. Serve with
    warmed sauce.

    Makes 24.
