1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
8 tablespoons basil dry leaves
1/3 cup of garlic salt
1 jar of spagetti sauce
1 container of ragotti cheese (32oz)
2 boxes of manicotti shells (14)
4 cups of mozarella cheese
1 wedge of parmesan
Recipe
Shred parmesian. Boil water in large pot and add shells.Mix ragotti cheese, 2 cups of motzarella cheese, minced garlic, basil dry leaves,garlic salt, and half of the shredded parmesian. Stir until completely mixed. Drain water lay shells out on cookie sheet. Line bottom of large deep pan with 1/2 cup of spagetti sauce. Spoon mix into shells. Lay in pan cover with remaining spagetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min or until sauce bubbles. Add remaining 2 cups of motzarella cheese and parmesan. Cook until melted.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 25 minutes.
