Make a day ahead.
List of Ingredients
1lb. ground beef
1 can(16oz) Refried beans
2 1/2 tsp. chili power
1-1/2 tsp.oregano
1pkg. (8oz) Manicotti shells
2-1/2 c. water
1 jar(16oz) picante sauce
2c.(16oz)sour cream
1c.(4 oz) shredded Montery Jack or Mexican blend cheese
1/4c. sliced green onions
Optional: about 1 cup sliced black olives Recipe
In a bowl,combine the uncooked beef, beans,chili powder and oregano.
Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells;arrange in a 13x9x2 casserole dish.
Combine water and picante sauce;pour over shells.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigartor 30 minutes before baking.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
Uncover;spoon sour cream over the top.
Sprinkle with the cheese,onions and olives.
BAKE 5 TO 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted
