3 cups penne
1/8 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon reduced fat low-fat margarine
1 garlic clove,minced
2 yellow onion slices,quartered
½ cup chopped fresh basil
4 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
Recipe
Cook pasta al dente; set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in oil and margarine till soft (do not brown.) Remove from heat. Mix in tomatoes and basil. Toss with cooked pasta.
