    Pasta With Simple Tomato Basil Mozzarella Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound short pasta, boiled
    6-8 tomatoes, chopped or more to taste
    1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped or julienned (or more to taste)
    2-3 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
    1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
    1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
    Several handfuls of mozzarella, shredded
    Parmesan for Sprinkling on top
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    While pasta is boiling, chop tomatoes and stir in everything but the cheeses. Drain pasta and pour sauce over while pasta is still warm. Sprinkle with cheeses. Garnish with basil leaves. The sauce is good over room temperature pasta, too. Serve warm, room temperature or chilled.
