    "This dish comes from Italy and is enjoyed by many.when I prepare it I make it a European atmosphere.this brings everyone a sense of family and togetherness. I color coordinate my table cloth and dishes with the colors of Italy. I also buy some nice crusty italian bread and also make some bruschetta [this is some nice crusty toasted bread topped with a mixture of tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano it's delicious to go along with that. I also play some soft Italian music. I have some nice chilled wine for our magnificant dinner. I want my guest to feel that they are part of my family. This dish is very simple, doesn't take much time at all to make."

    List of Ingredients




    1-lb fresh pasta
    2-pkgs boneless chicken breast
    3-cloves crushed garlic
    1-cup heavy cream
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 cup good parmesan
    1-lb button mushrooms-sliced

    Recipe



    Cut up the chicken breast into chunks. Dredge in flour. Heat frying pan with olive oil and saute chicken on med/hi heat until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes. Next put a pot of salted water on to boil for the pasta.while the water is waiting to boil, add the garlic and mushrooms to the chicken and cook another 5 minutes. Add the wine and let reduce about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Let simmer on low heat.

    Put your pasta in the boiling water and cook until floats to top of pan. Add the heavy cream and cheese in the chicken.cook about 5 minutes more . Drain pasta and pour chicken and sauce over the pasta and serve.

    This is a very easy dish that you'll have time to spend with your family and friends. This serves 5 people. Enjoy with a nice salad.
