    Ravioli - 1 1/2 lb.
    Heavy cream - 2 cups
    Gorgonzola cheese - 1/2 lb.
    Parmesan cheese - 4 tablespoons
    Fresh spinach - 1/2 lb.
    Tomato - 1
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Drop ravioli in salted boiling water


    Place cream in a pan to simmer.


    Add the Gorgonzola, Parmesan, and simmer for a few minutes.


    Add the spinach.


    Drain the ravioli and add them to the sauce.


    Add the fresh tomatoes (diced) and toss for one more minute.


    Serve with crusty bread.
