Spaghetti a la Nani

“This is another easy favorite that I learned while living in Seville, Spain. It is from my roommate, Nani’s home town of Fernan Nuñez. (1990)”
List of Ingredients
1 onion
1 lb. ground pork
4 chicken bouillon cubes
¼ t thyme
1/8 t black pepper
½ lb. spaghetti
Recipe
Chop onion into long strips. Fry in olive oil. Once onion is tender, add ground pork, thyme, bouillon, and black pepper. When pork is cooked through add cooked spaghetti with more thyme and pepper. Heat through together.
