    List of Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    Pinch of salt
    3 tbsp. vegetable oil

    Recipe

Begin with mixing the flour and the eggs. Then add oil, salt, sugar and teaspoon of vanilla. This is to be mixed in large mixing bowl.

PLEASE NOTE: This mixture is to be mixed by hand. Once dough is ready it is to be cut into small strips approximately 1" in width and 12" in length. Each strip then is cut into smaller pieces about the size of a marble.

Once this is done, take a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Frying pan should be covered with oil. Add
puff balls and fry on low heat. Each batch should take about 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown. It is important to stir frequently to avoid them from burning. Once done take a handstrainer and strain puff balls of any oil. Add honey while stillwarm with a spoon. Ready to serve either warm or cold.
