    Dog: Doggie Rice Krispy Biscuits

    2 cups cooked regular brown or white rice (not instant)
    1 whole egg
    1/2 cup powdered milk
    1/2 cup corn oil
    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons brewer's yeast
    1 teaspoon bone meal
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    2 cups bread flour -- divided

    Recipe

    In large mixing bowl, combine rice, egg, milk, oil, water, yeast and bone meal, blending thoroughly.

    Stir in cornmeal and 1 cup flour, then turn out on floured surface and knead in remaining 1 cup flour to make a smooth ball that is not sticky.

    Roll out 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch thick;
    cut into desired shapes and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.

    Then, turn biscuits over and bake 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue baking 1 hour and 15 minutes.
