List of Ingredients


3 ounces ground beef, broiled
2 tbsp. chicken broth
3 tbsp. whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small carrot, steamed and chopped fine
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese



Recipe

In medium bowl, mash together beef, broth, bread crumbs, egg and carrot. Form into 2 small burger patties.

Place patties on greased baking sheet and broil until cooked through. Remove burgers from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Allow cheese to melt and burgers to cool. Serve patties 1 at a time, broken up into kitty-bite-size
pieces.

Makes 2 servings.
