    Chocolate: Nut Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
    2 eggs, room temperature
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe

    Beat eggs at high speed until light and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar. Reduce to low speed and beat in flour and butter; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and flavoring. Turn into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
    YIELD: 8 Servings
