Nut: Coconut Pecan Pie

4 tbsp of butter
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of Karo syrup (light)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp of vanilla
1 and 1/2 cups of pecans
1 can of angel flake coconut
Recipe
Mix all the ingredients together well and then pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
This recipe makes 2 pies.
