    Dough: Freezer Pie Dough

    List of Ingredients




    5 1/2 C unsifted flour
    1 T salt
    2 C shortening
    1 egg
    1 T vinegar
    1 t baking soda

    Recipe



    Cut shortening into flour mixed with salt.

    In measuring cup, break egg; add vinegar and fill cup to top with cold water.

    Hold cup over bowl with flour mixture.

    Add the baking soda; stir and mix, then pour into flour.

    Mix with fork.

    Divide into 6 patties.

    Put into freezer bags and freeze.
