Holiday: Easter Rigotta Pie

List of Ingredients

Crust:

1/2 Cup butter
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Cups flour
1 Tsp. baking powder
Filing:

2 Lbs. Rigotta
1/4 TSp. Salt
12 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups sugar
Chocolate bars chopped up
Cherries chopped up



Recipe

Beat Rigotta separately.

Add 12 eggs after beaten.

Add salt and sugar.

Add chocolate and cherries.

Bake at 325 degrees until done. (set - when knife inserted into center comes out clean)
