Pastry for two 9" crusts
1 lb. lean ground beef (browned)
2 medium potatoes, pared and cubed
1 C low moisture, evaporated or frozen apple dices
1 small-to-medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash or two of pepper
Recipe
Line pie dish with bottom crust. Mix together the ground beef, potatoes, apples, onions, salt, and pepper. Heap into lined pie dish. Cover with top crust. Pinch edges to seal. Prick top with a fork. In a preheated 425 oven, bake for 45-50 minutes, or until contents are tender and crust is browned.
