    3/4 pound lean ground beef
    2-1/2 cups milk
    1 cup cornmeal
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1-1/2 ounce envelope chili
    seasonings
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 14-1/2ounce can chopped tomatoes
    1 8-ounce can whole kernel corn,
    drained
    1 2-1/4 ounce can ripe olives, drained
    and sliced
    1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons cornmeal

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12x8-inch baking dish with non-stick vegetable spray.

    In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain excess fat.

    In a medium bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal, and eggs; blend well. Add ground beef, chili seasoning, garlic powder, tomatoes, corn, and olives; stir to mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
