Entree: Chicken Salad Pie

List of Ingredients
2 cups chicken, cubed
1 8-ounce package shredded cheddar
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Cool Whip
1 carrot
One pre-baked pie shellRecipe
Mix all ingredients well and put in baked pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup Cool Whip to frost the pie. Garnish with grated carrot. Chill 4 hours. Decorate with holly leaf cutouts from pie crust.
