    List of Ingredients




    1 medium chopped bell pepper
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1 tbsp. green onion
    2 cloves of garlic, mashed
    1 stick of butter or magarine
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon hot pepper
    1 can of cream
    1 can cream of mushroon or cream of celery soup
    1 lb crawfish tails, peeled
    1 lb shrimp, peeled
    2 deep pie shells with cover layer

    Recipe



    Saute the vegetables in the butter and garlic til tender. Stir in salt, pepper and garlic.

    Add soup, cream, crawfish and shrimp and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes til hot.

    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown.

    Serves 6
