    Frozen: Frosty Peanut Butter Pie

    List of Ingredients




    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 t. vanilla extract
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (8 inch) chocolate crumb crust
    2 t. chocolate syrup



    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, PB, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into the crust. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

    Cover and freeze for 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

    YIELD: 6 Servings
