    Frozen: Sorbet Pie

    1 pt. (2 cups) frozen strawberry sorbet
    1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip whipped topping, thawed
    1 (6 oz.) honey maid graham pie crust
    1 1/4 cups cold milk
    2 pkg. (4-serving size each) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling

    Recipe



    Spoon sorbet into large bowl. Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping until well blended. Spoon into crust. Freeze for 1 hour or until slightly set.

    Pour cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick). Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping. Gently spoon over sorbet layer in crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    To serve, let stand at room temperature or in refrigerator for 15 minutes until pie can be cut easily. Garnish with additional whipped topping.

    Serves: 8
    Preparation time: 30 minutes (excluding freezing time)
