Pumpkin: Kahlua Pumpkin Pie

1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c.packed lite brown sugar
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/4 c. lite corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. caned pumpkin
2 large eggs, beaten
1 - 9" pastry crust
Recipe
Chill pastry crust: pre-heat to 450. Combine first 6 ingredients. Add pumpkin & beaten eggs: blend well & set aside.
Bake pastry for 7 - 8 min. until lightly browned. Pull oven rack part way out & slowly pour mix into shell.
Reduce oven to 325 and bake until barely set in center, about 40 min. Cool on rack.
Top with whipped cream, adding 2 Tbs. Kahlua to 1 c. whipping cream.
