deep dish 9" pre-baked/cooled pie crusts
1 large Cool Whip
1 lg can crushed & drained pineapple
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cans Eaglebrand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preheat oven to 325'. Bake your pie crusts until golden brown, cool completely.
In mixing bowl add 2 cans Eaglebrand Milk, lemon juice, mix completely. Then add the crushed pineapple, pecans, mix again completely, last add the cool whip. After mixing completely, turn into pie crusts and chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the contents are firm.
Cut and enjoy with a cup of hot coffee or hot chocolate.
