    Peach: Peaches and Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbls. butter
    6-8 medium peaches, peeled, sliced, and drained
    1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbls. peach juice
    1/2 cup plus 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe

    Combine the first 7 ingredients to form the crust. Press into a pie plate, covering the bottom and sides.

    Place peach slices over crust.

    Beat together the cream cheese, peach juice, and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat for 2 minutes, spread over the peaches.

    Combine 1 1/2 tsp. sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the top.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-40 minutes. Cool completely!


    SERVES 6-8
