    Fruit: Rhubarb Sour Cream Crumb Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 pie shell
    1 egg
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup sugar
    3 Tbls. corn starch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 cups rhubarb

    Topping:
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup margarine

    Recipe



    Line pie plate with pastry.

    In a bowl whisk egg, sour cream,
    sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg. Stir in the 3 cups of rhubarb. Spoon this mixture into the pastry shell.

    Topping:
    In a bowl combine oats, brown sugar
    and flour. Cut in margarine until
    crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes until golden brown.

    SERVES 6
