1 /3 C grated parmesan cheese
1-1/2 C chicken, pre-cooked, cut up into small pieces
1-1/4 C shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1/2 C Bisquick
1 C milk (non-fat works great)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 degrees, grease 9 x 1-1/4 inch pie plate, sprinkle parmesan cheese on bottom.
Mix together chicken, 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and tomato paste, and then spread mixture over parmesan cheese in pie plate.
Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 C mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes more or until inserted knife comes out clean.
