Lemon: Lemon Dessert Pie

A family favorite. This recipe is so easy and fast to put together...and great for holiday time when you are so busy!
List of Ingredients
Crust:
� 1 cup flour
� 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
� 3/4 C walnuts chopped fine.
Filling:
� 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
� 1 cup powdered sugar
� 1 cup Cool Whip
� 3 cups milk
� 2 packages instant lemon pudding
Recipe
Mix all crust ingredients together and press into a 9-inch by 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy. Then fold Cool Whip into cheese mixture. Pour over crust.
Mix 3 cups milk with pudding mix. Spread on top of creamy mixture. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
Serves 6-8
