    Entree: Ma's Clam Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 - 9inch pie crusts
    • 2 cups clams
    • 1/4 cup clam juice
    • 1 Tblsp. butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 cup milk
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Prepare pie crust. Place one 9-inch pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Combine all of the ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Place one 9-inch pie crust on top, crimp edges and make a few slits.

    3. Bake at 350 degress for 1 hour.
