Entree: Ma's Clam Pie

- 2 - 9inch pie crusts
- 2 cups clams
- 1/4 cup clam juice
- 1 Tblsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare pie crust. Place one 9-inch pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all of the ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Place one 9-inch pie crust on top, crimp edges and make a few slits.
- Bake at 350 degress for 1 hour.
