Savory: Zucchini Pie

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup butter
4 cups zucchini sliced into wedges
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Mix flour, sugar, butter, and soda until crumbly. Set aside.
Mix rest of ingredients and simmer until tender (15 minutes). Stir in 1/2 cup crust mixture. Let cool.
Take half of remaining crumbs and press into pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Pour zucchini mixture into pie crust then place rest of crumbs on top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
