    Nut: English Toffee Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp vanilla
    4 oz. milk chocolate English toffee bits
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 (9 inch) unbaked or frozen deep-dish pie crust

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350°F.


    Cover the bottom of pie shell with toffee bits.


    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, Karo®, sugar, butter and vanilla; mix well and add pecans.


    Pour mixture over the toffee bits in pie. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the pie is done.


    SERVES 8
