Nut: Macadamia Nut Pie

3 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 ½ cups chopped, salted, macadamia nuts
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Recipe
Combine eggs, sugar, and corn syrup, mixing well; stir in macadamia nuts, butter and vanilla. Pour filling into pastry shell.
Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes or until filling is set. Cool and completely then chill before serving.
