    California Avocado & Canadian Bacon Pizza

    List of Ingredients

    1 unbaked pizza dough shell, 12" in diameter
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    3 oz (2/3 cup) Canadian bacon, cut in 1/4-inch dice
    1 (8 oz) California Avocado, cut into chunks
    8 oz (1 cup) tomato, thinly sliced
    Salt, as needed
    3 oz (3/4 cup) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

    Recipe

    Brush dough with olive oil; sprinkle with basil.

    Overlap tomato slices, scatter bacon and avocado over tomato. Lightly sprinkle with salt. Sprinkle cheese over pizza.

    Bake at 500 degrees F. until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.
