    Chops: Pork Chops w/Pears

    List of Ingredients




    4 tsp Butter
    6 Small firm pears peeled and sliced
    3 tsp Sugar
    8 Boneless pork loin chops
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    2 tbs Cornstarch
    2 cups Chicken broth
    2 tbs Balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp Dried, crushed rosemary

    Recipe



    -In large skillet, melt butter.
    -Add pears and sprinkle with sugar and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
    -Remove pears to serving platter and keep warm.
    -Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    -In the same skillet, cook chops uncovered for 6-8 minutes on each side.
    -Remove to platter and keep warm.
    -Combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Add vinegar and rosemary and stir into skillet.
    -Bring to boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes. Serve with pork and pears.

    SERVES 6-8
