List of Ingredients
1 broiler-fryer, cut up or boneless skinless chicken breast
10 oz. apricot preserves
16 oz. French or Catalina dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Recipe
Place chicken in baking dish. Spread with apricot preserves. Pour dressing over top. Sprinkle with soup mix. Bake at 375 F for 1 1/2 hour. Tastes great over rice.
