Baked Chicken Breast

8 Chicken breast halves
3 oz package chipped beef
1 cup sour cream
8 slices of bacon
1 can mushroom soup Recipe
Bone and skin each breast if necessary. Roll each breast & wrap with bacon; fasten with toothpicks to keep together. Sprinkle chipped beef in the bottom of an 8" or 9" baking dish. Lay chicken breasts on top of the beef. Blend mushroom soup & sour cream & pour over breasts. Takes 5-10 minutes to prep. This recipe is perfect for those nights you have a ton to do and won't be home until late. If you prep the day before it holds up in the fridge as long as it's covered well. just cover with foil for the first 3 hrs and walk away. Take the foil off for the last hour, take out and serve.
SERVES 4-6
