List of Ingredients
3 T. margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup boiling water
1- 8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese
slices, cut in strips
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
dash of cayenne
4 large chicken breasts,
cooked, split
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
3 T. margarine, melted
Recipe
Heat oven to 375F. Make white
sauce with margarine, flour, &
milk. Dissolve bouillon in water;
add to sauce. Add cheese &
seasonings; stir until melted.
Place chicken in 10X6" baking
dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle
with crumbs tossed with margarine.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
