Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
1 or 2 packages Ramen noodles, chicken flavored
1 pounds Chicken,boneless,cut into strips
1 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 medium Carrots sliced thin
1 cups Broccoli florets
1 cups Cauliflowerets
1 medium Onions sliced thin
1 cups Celery, chopped
1/2 cup. fresh or 1 small can Bean sprouts
1 cups Cabbage, chopped coarsely
1/2 cups Soy sauce, dark
Recipe
Set aside seasoning packet from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook.
Meanwhile in a large skillet or wok, stir fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink inside. Add vegetbles, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Drain noodles, add to pan with contents of 1 seasoning package, Then add the soy sauce.
Stir well, serve immediately.
VARIATION: You may add anyother ingredients you like,mushrooms, water chestnuts, etc. You may use bok coyinstead of cabbage.
