Chicken with 4 Peppers & Noodles

List of Ingredients
6 oz medium wide No Yolks egg noodles
15 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 medium red bell peppers, sliced
1 c carrots, slivered
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c ketchup
3 T lite soy sauce
3 t lime juice
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t red pepper flakes
Recipe
Spray large skillet with Pam and cook onion and garlic until they begin to brown. Remove from skillet and set aside. Spray skillet with Pam again and cook chicken until just cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
Cook noodles until done and drain.
Mix ketchup, soy sauce, lime juice, chilies, black pepper and red pepper in a small bowl. Return onion, garlic, red bell peppers, carrots, and tomatoes to skillet. Pour ketchup mixture over vegetables and cook, stirring until vegetables are tender. Add chicken and cook until heated through.
Divide noodles among plates and top with chicken mixture.
