    Crispy Rosemary Chicken

    1 whole fryer chicken
    1 tsp. crushed rosemary
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's garlic salt
    black pepper

    Recipe



    Wash and pat dry fryer. Rub skin all over with soy sauce. Sprinkle with garlic salt, crushed rosemary and freshly ground black pepper. Roast until done (approximately 1-1 1/4 hours) at 400°F.

    Chicken will have a crisp and brown appearance.
