Tasty Garden Chicken Saute

List of Ingredients
2 tsp. olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 cups water
3 packages ramen noodle soup mix (2 chicken and 1 oriental)
1 c. baby carrots (or sliced carrots)
10 oz. frozen cut broccoli (or 2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets)
Recipe
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet (or wok) over medium high heat. Cook chicken in oil, stirring for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is done.
Add 3 cups of water, seasoning packets from soup mixes, carrots, and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook until carrots are crisp tender.
Gently break each block of noodles in half. Add noodles to skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook uncovered 5-6 minutes or until noodles are cooked, stirring constantly. Gently separate the noodles as they absorb the water and soften.
