List of Ingredients
1/4 Pound mushrooms sliced
1/2 Cup green onions sliced
2 Tablespoons margarine
2 Cups TURKEY BROTH or reduced-sodium chicken bouillon
1 Cup orzo pasta, raw
1/2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon white pepper
2 Cups COOKED TURKEY cubed
Recipe
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms and onions in margarine for 1 minute. Add turkey broth and bring to boil.
Stir in orzo, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until orzo is tender and liquid has been absorbed. Stir in turkey and heat throughout.
