12 English Muffins
1 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
10 pieces Kraft Old English® Cheese Spread, room temperature
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons OLD BAY® Seasoning
16 ounces crab meat, fresh or backfin, picked
Recipe
1. Split muffins; set aside.
2. In medium bowl, mix together butter, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and OLD BAY® Seasoning. Then carefully blend crab into the mixture.
3. Spread an even amount of the crab mixture over each muffin half.
4. Cut in quarters and place on cookie sheet. Broil until lightly browned on top.
