    Appetizer: Shrimp Scampi in Mini Phyllo Shells - 24

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups sour cream
    3 tablespoons McCormick Freeze-Dried Chives
    1-1/2 tablespoons McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
    2 tablespoons McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil

    3 pounds shrimp (32 count), butterflied
    1 cup McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil
    1/4 cup McCormick Classic Herb Seasoning
    96 each mini phyllo dough shells, pre-baked

    Recipe

    1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir until uniform. Set aside.

    2. Heat 1 cup Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil in pan. Add shrimp and Classic Herb Seasoning. Saute shrimp until pink and cooked through.

    3. Place 1 teaspoon sour cream filling in each dough shell. Place 1 shrimp on top.



    YIELD: 24 Servings, 4 mini phyllo shells each
