    Beverage: Raspberry-Lemon Punch - 22

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups lemon juice, fresh
    3 cups sugar
    1 quart water
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ginger
    4 McCormick Cardamom Seed
    1 tablespoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
    10 ounces raspberry puree
    1 pint ginger ale
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

    Recipe

    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and remove cardamom seed.

    2. Add vanilla and raspberry puree. Mix well. Chill.

    3. Pour raspberry-lemon mixture in punch bowl. Add ginger ale. Float small scoops of ice cream on punch.


    YIELD: 22 Cups
