List of Ingredients
3 quarts prepared brownie mix (approximately 1 - 1 lb. 5 oz. box)
3 tsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. McCormick Tour de Flavour Ground Guajillo Chile Pepper
Recipe
1. Combine cinnamon and Chile Pepper with wet brownie mix.
2. Pour into greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350oF. in a conventional oven or at 325oF. in a convection oven.
3. Allow to cool and cut into 24 portions. Can be served warm or cold.
Chef's Tip: Add a scoop of Dulce de Leche Ice Cream on top for an even more decadent dessert. McCormick Tour de Flavour Ground Ancho or Ground New Mexico Chile Pepper can be used in place of the Guajillo Chile Pepper.
