    Appetizer: Grilled Chicken w/ Vegetables in Puff Pastry - 24

    List of Ingredients

    3 pounds sliced grilled chicken
    3 pounds frozen vegetable blend (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
    1/3 cup McCormick Italian Blend Flavored Oil
    1/3 cup McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil
    2 tablespoons McCormick Pepper Supreme
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    48 each puff pastry, Bake & Fill Shells, pre-baked

    Recipe

    1. Defrost vegetables.

    2. Heat Flavored Oils in pan. Add chicken and vegetables; heat through.

    3. Add Pepper Supreme and heavy cream. Reduce to a glazed sauce.

    4. Place 1/3 cup filling into each puff pastry shell.



    YIELD: 24 servings, 2 puff pastries each
